About Me

I write an ongoing yoga column for the Examiner, restaurant and event reviews for Metromix, and have a series of yoga books as a resource for elementary school teachers in progress.

I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga for specific physical and emotional concerns, and run a combination of writing/yoga related workshops.

A former performer, I have a background in theater, voice and dance, and currently address my "creative bug" as a Figure and Portrait Model for Ringling College of Art & Design.
