I am a Jewelry Design Artist. I enjoy creating beautiful one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces out of all different elements: glass, wood, paper, gold, silver and clay. My current jewelry designs available at Lee Shore Gallery are in fused glass, handmade lampwork beads and PMC (precious metal clay), see www.leeshoregallery.com. I incorporate semi-precious gems (Swarovski, unikite, howlite, coral, pearl) and precious metal (sterling silver and gold) with my handmade lampwork beads and fused glass focal pieces. I also create fused glass items such as mezuzahs and sushi dish sets. My hand painted silk scarves are just the beginning of other textile arts to come, I have plans for hand painted silk skirts and other silk clothing in the near future. I love creating beautiful things for myself, and for other people to wear and enjoy. You can purchase my work in person at the Gallery or from my website www.creationsbychristina.net.
I also love to teach art and enjoy teaching my grandchildren and their friends and am currently teaching classes in lampwork bead making, silk painting, bead stringing, off wheel pottery and batik at Lee Shore Gallery. New classes just added at Lee Shore Gallery are PMC (Precious Metal Clay) and Stained Glass. Upcoming classes in the near future will be fused & slumped glass. Call to Musicians from the Village of the Arts
The Village of the Arts is looking for Musicians/Musical Groups/Bands who would like to play for our Fall/Winter/Spring Events Season. The Village holds Artwalks the first Friday night and first Saturday of every month. We also have many other events during the season. April is Jazz Month and we would like some jazz music throughout the Village.
