Comment by Rose von Perbandt on October 9, 2008 at 2:18pm: Anything Arts is fantastic, and another sign that the Bradenton-area Arts are growing into their own! The studio/galleries in the village are incredible, there's always something new to discover there, but all of Bradenton seems to be offering more opportunities for artists, with exhibitions in businesses arranged through the Arts Council And The Art Center, private ventures like the Riverwalk Sculpture Park at ComCenter-Bradenton, and numerous banks and restaurants that have discovered the value that art brings to the workplace. I hope that more businesses will come on board and show their committment to a better future through the arts.

Sometimes we feel like the red-headed stepchild of Sarasota. We have a thriving Artists Community in downtown Bradenton, the Village of the Arts, and we want everyone to know we are here, we are talented artists, we have wonderful artwork for sale in every price range. Come check out the Village of the Arts and Lee Shore Gallery. Lee Shore Gallery is opened Friday 12:00 - 4:00 pm and Saturday 11:00 am - 4:00 pm and all Village of the Arts events.
